Distribution centre hiring near Honolulu - first time posting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Honolulu, with day and night shifts. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
