Distribution centre hiring near Hartford - what worked for you?

A distribution centre near Hartford is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
