Distribution centre hiring near Hartford - what worked for you?

A logistics company in Hartford is adding people before the busy season. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
