Distribution centre hiring near Hartford, software tester here

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Hartford, with day and night shifts. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
