Distribution centre hiring near Hartford (Hartford)

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Hartford, with day and night shifts. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
