Distribution centre hiring near Fresno (update)

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Fresno, with day and night shifts. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
