Distribution centre hiring near Fresno (Fresno)

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Fresno, with day and night shifts. It has been a long 16 weeks. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
