Distribution centre hiring near Detroit - first time posting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Detroit, with day and night shifts. It has been a long 17 weeks. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
