Distribution centre hiring near Detroit

A logistics company in Detroit is adding people before the busy season. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
