Distribution centre hiring near Dallas - first time posting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Dallas, with day and night shifts. I am in Dallas, in case local advice matters. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
