Distribution centre hiring near Dallas

A logistics company in Dallas is adding people before the busy season. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
