Distribution centre hiring near Columbus - what worked for you?

A logistics company in Columbus is adding people before the busy season. Any experience at all would help. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Has anyone worked there?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
