Distribution centre hiring near Columbus (update)

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Columbus, with day and night shifts. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
