Distribution centre hiring near Columbus - first time posting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Columbus, with day and night shifts. I worked as a graphic designer before this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
