Distribution centre hiring near Columbus - first time posting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Columbus, with day and night shifts. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
