Distribution centre hiring near Columbus (Columbus)

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Columbus, with day and night shifts. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
