Distribution centre hiring near Columbus - any advice?

A distribution centre near Columbus is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
