Distribution centre hiring near Columbus - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Columbus, with day and night shifts. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
