Distribution centre hiring near Columbus

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Columbus, with day and night shifts. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
