Distribution centre hiring near Cleveland - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Cleveland, with day and night shifts. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
