Distribution centre hiring near Cleveland after 5 years as a hotel front-desk agent

A logistics company in Cleveland is adding people before the busy season. Any experience at all would help. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
