Distribution centre hiring near Cincinnati, store manager here

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Cincinnati, with day and night shifts. I worked as a store manager before this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
