I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Chicago, with day and night shifts. It has been weighing on me all week. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
