Distribution centre hiring near Chicago - any advice?

A logistics company in Chicago is adding people before the busy season. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
