Distribution centre hiring near Chicago - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Chicago, with day and night shifts. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
