Distribution centre hiring near Charlotte - what worked for you?

A logistics company in Charlotte is adding people before the busy season. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
