Distribution centre hiring near Charlotte (update)

A distribution centre near Charlotte is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I worked as a teaching assistant before this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
