Distribution centre hiring near Charlotte - 10 months and counting

A logistics company in Charlotte is adding people before the busy season. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
