Distribution centre hiring near Buffalo (update)

A distribution centre near Buffalo is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
