Distribution centre hiring near Buffalo

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Buffalo, with day and night shifts. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
