Distribution centre hiring near Buffalo - 11 months and counting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Buffalo, with day and night shifts. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
