Distribution centre hiring near Boston - what worked for you?

A logistics company in Boston is adding people before the busy season. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
