Distribution centre hiring near Boston - 7 months and counting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Boston, with day and night shifts. Any experience at all would help. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
