Distribution centre hiring near Boise - what worked for you?

A distribution centre near Boise is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I am in Boise, in case local advice matters. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
