Distribution centre hiring near Boise, recruiter here

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Boise, with day and night shifts. It has been a long 10 weeks. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
