Distribution centre hiring near Boise - first time posting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Boise, with day and night shifts. I worked as a forklift operator before this. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
