Distribution centre hiring near Birmingham - what worked for you?

A distribution centre near Birmingham is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. Thank you in advance. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
