Distribution centre hiring near Baltimore - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Baltimore, with day and night shifts. I am in Baltimore, in case local advice matters. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
