Distribution centre hiring near Baltimore

A distribution centre near Baltimore is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I worked as a data-entry clerk before this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
