Distribution centre hiring near Baltimore (Baltimore)

A logistics company in Baltimore is adding people before the busy season. I am in Baltimore, in case local advice matters. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
