Distribution centre hiring near Baltimore - any advice?

Oluwaseun Castellano · 2026-07-20T09:22:36.075Z

A logistics company in Baltimore is adding people before the busy season. It has been weighing on me all week. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
