Distribution centre hiring near Baltimore - 7 months and counting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Baltimore, with day and night shifts. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
