Distribution centre hiring near Austin - first time posting

A logistics company in Austin is adding people before the busy season. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Has anyone worked there?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
