Distribution centre hiring near Atlanta - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Atlanta, with day and night shifts. It has been a long 9 weeks. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
