Distribution centre hiring near Atlanta after 4 years as a sales associate

A logistics company in Atlanta is adding people before the busy season. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
