Distribution centre hiring near Albuquerque - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Albuquerque, with day and night shifts. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
