Delivery and driving jobs in Wichita, payroll clerk here

A regional carrier near Wichita is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. It has been weighing on me all week. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
