Delivery and driving jobs in Wichita - any advice?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Wichita. A clean driving record is required. Are the local runs really home every night?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
