Delivery and driving jobs in Tucson

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Tucson. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
