Delivery and driving jobs in Tampa

Several delivery companies in Tampa are hiring drivers with clean records. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
